First off, let me thank any1 who takes the time to help me out..i really do appreciate it
i weigh 213 with body fat of 11% right now. i want to be 210-215 with body fat of 8-9%....i do NOT want to put on any more weight(im a tailback..so i need to stay lean and not get too heavy)
how many gs of protein, carbs, and fat should i be having everyday? calories? i figured around 1.5 g of protein for every lb i weigh..but how much carbs and fat? im looking just to increase strength without gaining weight...
under the title it says "to get freaky huge"...i put in my #s and it said to eat about 5500 calories a day...if i ate that many calories i day i'd be 240 by the fall lol. i want to maintain my weight but drop some body fat% while continuing to gain strength.
