    Drinking milk before workout. Bad?

Are there any cons about drinking milk right before working out?

I drink milk before my workouts, but not right before.
I would throw it up if I drank it right before.

Pre-WO shake about 30 minutes before.

All my shakes i mix with milk, so i take it before. Don't think it matters one way or another, your also getting more protein than mixing with water.

Nothing wrong with it at all, if your stomach can handle it then go for it. I wish mine could.

I would think the casein would be great for lasting protein, but I just can't stomache milk when working out.

I've never taken NO Xplode, but i remember hearing that it should be taken atleast 2 hours after a meal on an empty stomach or one hour before a meal...i'm not saying that what you're doing is wrong, just relaying to you the information that i've heard. you may want to look into it, or perhaps just give the "empty stomach" theory a shot.

yea, ive heard that 2, but i find that i cannot lift without some kind of food in me...so, this is the best compermise i can come up with. the protein leaves me feeling light and not full and i still get the kick from the no explode. side note, if i take no explode after eating ( rice, meat, turky, cottage cheese, yogurt) it makes me feel really bloted
