Are there any cons about drinking milk right before working out?

I drink milk before my workouts, but not right before.
I would throw it up if I drank it right before.
Pre-WO shake about 30 minutes before.You gotta love how sports will f*ck with ya, make you believe you can come back from an insurmountable deficit and then get kicked right in the nuts when you're almost there - Bluntdogg

I've never taken NO Xplode, but i remember hearing that it should be taken atleast 2 hours after a meal on an empty stomach or one hour before a meal...i'm not saying that what you're doing is wrong, just relaying to you the information that i've heard. you may want to look into it, or perhaps just give the "empty stomach" theory a shot.

yea, ive heard that 2, but i find that i cannot lift without some kind of food in me...so, this is the best compermise i can come up with. the protein leaves me feeling light and not full and i still get the kick from the no explode. side note, if i take no explode after eating ( rice, meat, turky, cottage cheese, yogurt) it makes me feel really bloted
