gyno or fat?

anyone have a picturee of mild gyno..i'm not sure if i have this, or just some concentrated fat in an area on my pec. it doesn't feel like fat, but i dunno. i have around 10% bf

aww **** das how mines look like.. but my body fat is pretty high and i dont feel any lumps.. so u tink its gyno or just high body fat? i cant even wear muscle shirts like a&f because my nipples puff out of my shirt and u can see it...

Yep, thats gyno...go to a doctor and have it excised, its quick, painless, and the healing only takes about 3 weeks, then your back to lifting. Cost is anywhere from 2K-4.5K I had it done last summer and it looks great.

umm, you guys can tell from those pictures? Can you blow it up so we can see how it looks away from the tit? I thought i had gyno for a while then i dropped a lot of weight and lo and behold, my tits were gone!

asianbrf.. was ur nipples puffy before or just under the chest area? and what cardio did u use to get rid of it?

when i was a lot chubbier, it was just round and almost puffy looking. I mean if its puffy and feels like it has lumps or LUMP under it, u might have a case of gyno.

I just did HIIT, but would just try anything low impact for prolonged amount of time, say powerwalk on an inclinde and for 30 minutes, etc. etc.
Just keep cutting, keep ur diet in check, and make sure u do cardio! good luck bro

its still labeled gyno, even if its psuedo-gyno. You have to determine where it came from before you treat it.

the onkly difference that makes is that you must as stated before try to lose all the fat, if it stays then you would have to look at other treatment options.
