Hello everybody. I am 21 yo and I have had my first surgery done on my legs at the age of 5. From 5 up until 16 I have had numerous surgeries on both legs. My fibulas had to be removed as well as my ankle ball joints. It is too long of a story to explain why. What I CAN'T do right now is rotate my ankles, although I can move my toes. In addition, I do not have flat heels, they are well rounded probably due to the surgeries. I can now run, squat, deadlift, bike and jumprope. Even with all these exercises which I can do, my calves barely grow. I am looking for an exercise that does not require ankle motion (toe motion is okay) and builds calf muscle. If somebody can help me with my situation, I will be VERY VERY grateful. Recently this has been my main concern.
