PMS and competing, for the ladies.
How much of a problem is pre-menstrual bloating when it comes to competing? Do you find that you have to tweak things to get your body to not retain? If so, what do you do?

Well its very hit and miss with me, but as long as I am on track by week out I usually end up okay - not every time, there are some months that are extreme and its those rare times I end up with bloat taht I just cannot control and flattened muscles - but not every time and I have competed with my period for almost half of all the contest I have ever done......which are over 30 easy.
I work well with herbal diuretics and if I am lean early then its all aces!

Most women get their bodyfat low enough that their period completely stops.

one time suggestion here
if this time does come up during a peak week, then this would be the one time I would use the Taraxatone or Xpel, or something like that.
Along wuith maybe putting in a little extra cardio to get a sweat going and pull more water out of YOU!
