Exercising PC Muscles
I just started doing these exercises a few days ago, usually 2-3 times per day. I've heard that these muscles can develop rather quickly. Just wondering how long it usually takes and what kind of benefits you can expect once they become stronger?

Kegels are not good for you. Don't believe askmen.com. In the long run, they hurt you rather than help you.
