In the past 2.5 years ive learned 2 things about myself
1) high volume works well for me
2) 5 days a week in the gym (50 min sessions) works well
ive got about 2-3 years expirenece in the gym, 21yo 6'0 185lbs ~12%BF
heres some progress pics:
currently im doing a typical 1 muscle group a day/per week. Im looking to hit everything twice a week, legs once.
here what ive been thinking about:
mon:
chest (focused on lower - middle)
tris
shoulders (focused on side and rear delts)
tue:
back ( focused on rows, pulls)
bis
abs
wed:
legs!
fri:
chest (focused on upper)
tris
shoulders (focused on fron delt/ presses)
sat:
back (focused on lats/ traps)
bis
abs
3 groups/4sets per large muscle groups (chest, back, legs)
2 groups/ 4 sets per small musce groups (bi, tris, abs)
if any of you guys have a workout like this - id love to see it, all opinions and critiques welcomed!
