Too Much Cardio?

I was just curious if too much cardio can be a bad thing? I train 5 days
a week. Mon-Chest, Tues-Back, Wed-Abs, Thu-Should, Fri-Arms. After
every workout, and on saturdays, I do a minimum of 30 minutes on the STEPPER-speed intervals level 12 and level 20 on the last interval. My diet
is almost flawless. 6 meals a day, with protein in every meal. I take in about
170 grams of carbs a day.

After a year and a half, I've lost 38 pounds and I'm very well defined. Abs are looking good, arms are great. My problem is that I see myself getting cut, but not really getting bigger. I'm 6' 1" only 168 pounds. I need to get to 175 I think. I was curious if too much cardio is a bad thing and preventing me from
getting better gains. I'm only burning 450 calories TOPS in a single cardio
session. Sometimes I do it twice a day, but very rarely. Thanks...

Well if youd rather be really cut than big, what you are doing is fine.

But you could cut down on the cardio a lot, and start increasing your food intake a bit, and youll start seeing yourself get bigger.

Im assuming you keep your diet really clean, as you said it was perfect... So thats good then ! You wont be gaining too much fat, if any at all.
