So, I want to build muscle and get a more curvy and athletic figure. I am already pretty lean, with little visible body fat (5'9, about 130 lbs). The problem is, I can't decide/stick to a workout program. I want something that will challenge me. I ran track for a year in high school, and that's where my desire for fitness started. I'm 18 now.
I've jumped from the "Bret Contreas Strong Curves Program" to my own DIY programs, and I am just indecisive. I guess I am still a beginner, even though I've read a lot about training programs and exercises. Are there any recommendations for me? I would like to focus a bit more on my lower body (specifically my glutes, I already have a good looking posterior, but it could be better). I tend to be weaker when it comes to "push" exercises, such as bench presses.
I'm new to this forum, please forgive me if I have made any mistakes.
Thanks!
