The other day I posted a thread saying I was afraid of HIIT...well now I love it. My only question is do I have to do exact 30 second intervals, or can I use landmarks to change my pace? I run outside so looking at a watch could be kind of annoying, thanks.

if i were to do that i think i would be sprinting all the way, lol, i have yet to find a phonebooth in my neighborhood. I just go by the limits of my body, i run as fast as i can for as long as i can then i take a 2 min or so break and start again
