i see myself with 15 inch arms and benching atleast 2 plates ( im not blessed with great strength) atleast im telling the truth. and dumb bell curl 80 pound dumb bells wouldnt that be nice got 30 more pounds to go. thats where i see myself in a year. what are your goals for lifting in the next year...

I wanna have 16-16.5 inch arms cold. 17 - 17.5 flexed. and I wanna weigh about 210 at 8% bodyfat. And basically I just want to increase overall mass significantly everywhere else.
I was at 210 at 15% and have 15 inch arms cold and 16 flexed.

by New Years 2003: I think these are all feasible goals
Bench 3 plates (thats 315 lbs) a couple reps - I can do 225 for 5 reps now, and im moving up about 10 lbs every 4 weeks or so
Squat 405 lbs for 6-8 reps - I can do 315 for 8-9 now
Deadlift i guess around 350 for 6-7 reps - i pyramid up to 255 for 10 now but could do more, im just working on building form cause i haven't been deadlifting that long, I love it though. Its my favorite exercise
Barbell Bicep Curl with 2-45 lb plates on for 8 reps or so- I can do 2-35 lb plates for 5-6 now, I build biceps rather slowly for some reason, maybe cause im tall and have somewhat lanky arms
Be able to do 75 lb dumbells for military press for 8 reps
I can hit 65 lbs for 5-6 reps now
Row 225 lbs for a full set - i can get 185 now for 6-7 reps
Incline Bench 225 lbs for a full set- i can get about 185 for 6-7 reps
And in general i am at 212 lbs now at 6'3", i want to get to 225 with a lower BF% (<10%) if possible.
Cut 34 inch waist to 30 inches or even less

Next year I'm thinking 180 bulked. This year I got to 160+ bulked, so 180 bulked for me next year will be good...Then cut to about 160....

i couldnt give a rats ass about how much weight i can do in a year from now(even though a 315 bench is tempting) all i want is to improve my biceps(which im doing a good job right now) i need to improve the shape of my shoulders(they are also getting closer to what i want) i need to lose a little muscle in my lower chest and put some quality muscle on my upper chest, got to lose improve the width of my back, not thickness, im genetically engineered for a thick back, i weigh 198 right now, a year from now i want to weigh 212,im gonna be looking forward to starting competition a year from now, maybe a little more than a year, ive got most of my mass, i need to bring out the quality in my muscles now

Since I just got done competeing my goal is to grow! Bring up bodyparts I feel are lagging.
Bodyweight to about 240-245 @ 10%. 220 @10% now. I'm 5'8".
Arms @ 18 1/2 flexed they're 17 right now.
Bench 315 reps of 6
Squat 595lbs for 2, 405 for 12
Deadlift 545lbs for 4.
These goals are to be reached by new years, but I've found it helps to set up smaller goals on the way. Ex. 2 months from now I want to be putting up 275 for 8 unnassisted then 2.5 months later 295lbs for 6, then 315 for 6 by new years. I've found setting a bunch of small goals, even goals in an individual workout helps out immensely! Hmm...
Currently about 5'9" 174-179lbs, 16 or so % body fat, benching a max of close to 210-215, 14 or so inch arms flexed (lol got to love the rough estimates, i need some measuring tape)
Looking to be about 5'10"-5'11" (please grow ;p), 9-11% b.f., benching close to 260-270, 16 or so inch arms flexed by next April or Summer.

To weight 300lbs at 6'5'' at 8% body fat - but some things just aren't going to happen.
If I could get up to 14 stones 3lbs (200lbs) and not have a big gut I'd be happy with that. Forget super ripped with veins - I'm not really after that. Just big, burly, not much fat. Gotta love that.
