Well bench pressing everyday isn't quite necessary. My football coaches have us all on B.F.S. go to biggerfasterstronger's website to find out more, but you mainly want these core lifts:
Bench
Squat
Powerclean
Deadlift
My coach is kind of an ******* and says that powercleans are the true test of strenght. We do bench, deadlift, squat on tuesdays and thursdays. Cleans on tuesdays.
I have added probably fifteen auxillary(non core lift) excercises since I started lifting, but for the most part you want the following:
Leg Curls/Extensions
Flys/Pec machine
Curls
Bent Rows
Tricep pull down/press
Military press
Hip Sled/Leg Press
Shrugs
etc.
Just look in the exercise program and you will find whatever you need for exercises and start incorperating protein in your diet. If I were you I would definitely take as many grams of at least 75% of your body weight, and NO YOU WILL NOT GET FAT! Train hard, eat big.

Alright, you definately should not be benching everyday. When you lift weights, you are creating small tiny tears in your muscles. The muscles reacting, create lactic acid as a by product of ATP. So, doing a specific lift everyday is only going to break your muscle down over and over and over....until there is barely any left. I suffest you go to the Workout Programs section and search RIPPETOE. this would be a great program for you since you are just starting. And, to go with lifting, if you are truely serious, you most likely need to change your diet and hydration efforts. Look in the nutrition forum for more info about that. Good luck kid.
