Alright, you definately should not be benching everyday. When you lift weights, you are creating small tiny tears in your muscles. The muscles reacting, create lactic acid as a by product of ATP. So, doing a specific lift everyday is only going to break your muscle down over and over and over....until there is barely any left. I suffest you go to the Workout Programs section and search
RIPPETOE. this would be a great program for you since you are just starting. And, to go with lifting, if you are truely serious, you most likely need to change your diet and hydration efforts. Look in the nutrition forum for more info about that. Good luck kid.
