if this low volume **** works when used consistantly, how come Bill Kazmaier trained chest 3 times a week, 15-20 sets for 8-10 weeks straight leading up to a contest, and twice a week, 25-30 sets during the rest of the year? someone please explain that to me. Oh, and by the way, an official 663 bench(world record at the time), nearly got 725(tore pec about 3/4 of the way up). Saying he used steroids isnt good enough, because steroids dont get you much larger than your max potential, the main thing roids do is speed up the process of getting to that point.

depends on what you are taking tho
if you are injecting test that can cause quite the growth spurt compared to someone not taking test

also what's realy strange about Kaz was he got really strong basically training like a bodybuilder
no real in depth periodization or anything
he was just freakishly strong
(he also has superior eyesight)
