these two suppliments are said to aid in boosting natural testosterone levels, so wouldnt these be good to take after a trenabol cycle

Great! I can see a piss match with the Cat there.
Why not start 1 week? You need the zinc anyway. Intensive lifting depletes zinc. The 3 days is just an arbitrary number, so is 1 week,
