    question on fats melting

    i once read on this forum (ya this forum is full of great info, but then again, full of bull**** ) that for instance microwaving PB(so im assuming all fat sources) will change all the fats into the bad ones....

    Does this take into effect for instance by putting a slice of cheese on your oatmeal? Or on your chicken?
