I do a lot of boneless skinless chicken breast, with some broccoli on the side and some salad greens (no dressing)... somthing like that.

Salmon yum! Smoked salmon pieces baked with egg and grated veges makes a great quiche.
Loving stirfried veges and chicken with a bit of sundried tomatoe mixed in atm.
Lean mince patties (mince + egg + italian herbs) on the grill plus salsa and salad vege.
Chicken breast (with whatever seasonings) plus cottage cheese still my favourite thoughFood for 5 years, a 1000 gallons of gas, air filtration, water filtration, geiger counter, bomb shelter,... underground goddamn monsters

Easy, some roasted chicken breast, topped with fresh, home made pesto. Oh yeah!
