I was TERRIBLE dieting this weekend and I can visibly see more fat on me..how much fat is it possible I gained because the scale says 5 pounds of fat..that's crazy for 3 days I'd say anyone more educated than me care to give an explaination?

It would actually be a lot higher than that. Say his normal amount burned is 3000 calories/day it would be over 30,000 after metabolism boosts and costs of digesting such a huge amount of food.
You didn't happen to eat 20 large pizzas did you?
Pretty much the most fast you can realistically put on in 3 days would be 2 lbs, and that would be eating a lot of crap food.

The fact that you appear visibley fatter would probabley indicate that it is just water weight maybe a little bloating. As someone else pointed out...undigested food could play a role...if you think about it... on a diet you won't have much food in your system, but if you go on a binge...there could be left overs the next morning. Obviously a bad weekend is unfortunate, but don't get too caught up in it...just focus on your goal.
I believe that anyone can conquer fear by doing the things they fear to do, provided they keep doing them until they get a record of successful experience behind themselves.
