I'm taking adv. weight training at my school right now and next week we have to max out on:
Bench-Monday
Squat-Tuesday
Seated Military Press-Wednesday
My goal is to do 205 on bench. For the past couple of weeks I've been doing DB bench, and can do 65lbs in each hand 6x. In the past I've done 195 on bench, so should I max out bench on Friday and rest all weekend?
On squat I'm confident I can do 275-300 ass to ground and on military press I think I can do 140-145.
