I need help

heyguys i am at a dilema, ive been lifting on and off for the last year but not anything really serious. but due to college and me now being accepted Occupational Therapy school at my university, ive added some fat, there is a wedding that i want to look good for in 14 weeks. I have tried rippetoes before and had some good success with it so i am leaning towards doing that again, but i need to lose some fat, so does anyone have any experience with this problem or have any advice? thanks guys

College/School has never made ANYONE fat...accept responsibility for the fact that YOU made yourself "fat" and fix the problem. At least you came to the right place ;-)

'Rippetoes' is a strength program, not a fat-loss program. Do youself a favor and check into the Nutrition Forum for help as well... Odds are that'll be a bigger factor as to how you look come 14 weeks in the future coupled with a good cardio/resistance program than just weight training alone. Be smart and be dedicated; you can look the way you want to but no one will tell you it's easy.

i never meant that college itself has made me fat, what i meant is that i am under an extreme workload and have been for the last year, so it is hard sometimes, to watch everything that i eat and stay active when i have so much to do. but thanks for the advice
