Hi im 16 years old and next year ill be a junior on the varsity football team
im 6'0, and 175 lbs, i want to be at least 185 and stronger than i am now can anyone suggest a good workout for an aspiring linebacker

thanks for the help and i guess i should mention i really want to work on powerful legs and right now i have a little lower back injury, and that i have been lifting for a little while since like the end of freshman year, and it is now the end of sophomore year...ummmm..what else i bench about 175, squat 225, and dead lift 220
