How many meals do you eat a day?
how many meals do you eat a day? I eat 5. a standard breakfast when i wake up, lunch at school, lunch when I get home, dinner, and then an after dinner meal.

An average of 6, but 8 is preferable.
Stick to the basics, heavy compund lifts, some isolation work and a hell of a lot of food and rest!
