Mine defintely goes to my stomach as well. And I am willing to bet that for the majority of people it is the same.
And its not only after cheating that it goes there, but whenever I gain any fat- argh!22, 6', 190ish. What else goes here? I like yams??? Does that work?

After a huge cheat (which i feel horrible for afterwards), I notice all of the fat goes to my stomach and a some also goes to my neck. Argh!

dude for some people, eating 2 slices of pizza is considered a cheat... then for some people here, it'd be 2 boxes of pizza, 22 krispy kremes, blah blah blah...

It goes to my stomach, and my lower back. I hate it, because the rest of my body is SUPER CUT and nice. But now I try to make my cheats *every sunday I think* I just overload on splenda and clean foods and maybe some hemp ice cream and 4-5 oatmeal cookies+ a little PB and olive oil on some foods like tuna and chickepeas, I started doing this today. I know its better then the friday- to sunday binges of Drinking smoking weed and eating all out vietnamease food.

My Metabo fairs pretty well, seeing as how I usually look a little less fat then the week I started. If I just cut out the cheating my results would come even faster, it just slows down the process...thats all.

BTW, Hemp Ice Cream is awesome. While it is a little high in sugar, its quite low in fat. And all the fats are GOOD FATS like OMEGA 3,6 and 9s. Its like 6g fat per serving and 19 carb. 110 cals. It tasts amazing to. Non-Dairy stuff...yummy.

im with sonicasian... i dont really have cheat meals, but i'll go home to my parents house and just start eating everything in sight since i didnt buy it and i dont see that stuff in my kitcehn
