You can also see info here:

http://www.konjacfoods.com/noodle.htm
There are a few asian stores that do them close to me... Head down Oxford St., Bondi Junction... [Walk toward the city away from Bondi Jnc train station]. There is a Japanese/korean store ~ 0.5 blocks from the traffic lights that join onto the mall (on the right side of the road). They are in the shop, left had side ~ half way down the shelves. Not the same brand - but ask for konnyaki or Shirataki noodle.
They also sell a similar product (different brand) at another japanese store which is about one block further toward the city [on the left hand side of the road]. In the fridge up the back of the shop. There is another asian food store in the world Square that does the same brand too.

The price for me? Seeing I am in australia and buy a completely different brand I am not sure it is going to be useful! But I pay about $3-6 AUD for ~300-500g worth.
If you can't find those other products anywhere you could also try: http://www.miraclenoodle.com/
http://stores.pkuperspectives.com/Detail.bok?no=57
And there is another type of noodle (made out of seaweed) here:
http://www.goldminenaturalfood.com/detail.aspx?ID=523
But I can't recommend them enough - I am a huge fan of japanese... so I make Sukiyaki, noodle pancakes, stir-fries etc etc... They also work for lots of other things though - eg: spag bol!! Now you know why the Japanese nation are so slender!

Some of my favorites!
Some variations I like to make:
- 6 egg whites
- 1 cup Stir fry mix (baby corn, brocclii, carrot sticks, green beans, green peppers, you can buy this from your local grocery store)
- 1 cup cooked brown rice ( i pre cook and freeze in 1 cup portions for easy cooking)
- Pam cooking spray
I microwave the veg (frozen) for about 2.5 min to speed up cooking. During that time I am warming a non stick pan. Simmer in pan with a little bit of pam for a couple min (doesnt take much), add egg whites, cook thoughrouly, and while cooking microwave rice (assuming frozen also). Add some seasoning, I use an Asian Mix I found at Sam's club, but have used various Mrs.Dash seasonings and some mesquite seasoning. Just what ever seasoning you like (try curry also!), Continue to stir and add brown rice. With a good non stick pan, only a little pam is needed. Woolah!
On my cheat days I like to eat healthy but outside of my normal food intake. This is an absolute favotite of mine! I make a big batch and freeze it but you can make smaller portions.
- 1 jar Creamy Natural/Organic Peanut Butter
- 4 cups Kashi GOLEAN cereal (the high fiber high protein kind with twigs and puffs)
- 2 scoops chocolate whey protein
-1/2 cup oats
Start with the peanut butter and add one thing at a time mixing it as you go. Put in in the microwave for about 3 - 4 minutes, then continue to mix it around till it is evenly mixed. Place in frig for about an hour (or freezer if you in a rush). When finished, there is 101 things you can do with it. Its great as something to just snack on, but my favorite thing is to add it to yogurt! Some Low fat straberry yogurt or plain yogurt mixed with about 1/3 cup of the mix is a healthy yet delicous way of cheating...lol

Easy Chicken in the crock!
How would like a very low carb (keto friendly), easy as hell, and delicious chicken recipe? We all would. Here it is my friends:
Chicken breasts (I used about 1.5 - 2 lbs.)
Hot sauce (I used Louisiana, but wish I had Tabasco)
Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper
Add some hot sauce in the bottom of a crockpot; then add half the can of broth. Throw in the salt and peppered chicken (you can layer or stack in another neat fashion). Add the rest of the broth to cover the chicken and add a bunch more of the hot sauce.
I cooked for about 9 hours on low, but I think 8 may be better. When its done it is very tender and falls apart. I cooked enough for the week and brought to work; it tastes great out fridge.
Make sure the hot sauce and broth dont have sugar. Also, using "natural" chicken is optimal.

Here's something to try thats very simple & if you have a zucchini and don't know wtf to do with it.
1 zucchini
cinnimon
Splenda/Equal
slice zucchini into chips add cinnimon then sprinkle on equal & eat. These to me taste delicious and are so low in calories its rediclious i just thought of this today, since theres nothing left to eat in the house cept like 4 zucchini and a few eggs. You can bake em too for a warm treat but they taste good cold.
Lmfao only 147 calories for 2lbs of zucchini too, also you can shread the zucchini add in enough egg whites + cinnimon and bake/fry then add equal and you have a low calorie pancake treat.Deport ALL Illegal Aliens

Left Over Healthy No Oil Fry Up-----
Ok this is a dish i threw together with the odds n ends of food left in the house,(can't wait to go food shopping tonite) Anyway this is very simple, provides protein and some great carbs from veggies.
Heres what im useing,
ButterBall 99% Fat Free Honey roasted Turkey Slices-4.6oz
Fresh Carrots Chopped-9.2oz
Frozen Brocolli Florets-4.5oz
Onion Chopped-17.9oz
Fresh Red Sweet Pepper-3.1oz
HewBrew National 97% FF Beef Frank-3.4oz or 2 franks :/ <-only 95 cals btw and taste great i recomend them
Garlic Powder-Salt-Cumin-Chili Powder
Steam carrots till soft, in a pan add onion, thawed brocolli, sweet red pepper, then Chop up hotdog into little pieces and toss in, then toss in turkey slices, then the steamed carrots when done and soft, add alot of garlic powder, a little salt & cumin and a dash of chili powder and cook till onion starts to brown up and smell good and everything is hot/warm and edible.
Thats it, pretty simple way to kill leftovers and this does taste very very good imo....gots your protein and healthy veggies all in one, the onions + brocolli really bring out nice flavor to the dish. So many flavors are brought out in this dish it taste amazing. mm sweet red pepper taste like candy, then the onions mmm and turkey and hot dogs. mmmm
