Couple quick things. PWO has to include some sort of simple carbs, EXTREMELY important while cutting to preserve ur muscle. Id also probably add another scoop of protein powder.
Ditch the milk in all ur meals.
I have no clue what kashi is, but if its a protein bar, ditch it, pwo meal really should be solid food.
The rest of ur diet actually looks like a decent starting point for ur cutting.
You may, however, want to take down one more pro/fat meal before bed so your body resists goin catabolic while u are sleeping.
Also, i dont know if ur protein grams add up. And i can definately promise u, ur fats, carbs, and proteins dont add up too 1658 cal. It adds up to 1625. Granted u probably say so f*ckin what, its not that big of a difference, but it all adds up in the long run. Try to be as precise as possible. If need to know how i got that number, id be happy to show u how, so ull have it right from now on.
