7:00AM : 12 eggs (whole) w/ two peices of whole grain toast
9:00AM : 2 scoops Dynamitze Elite Whey Protein w/ 1 cup steel cut oats
    11:00AM: 1 can of tuna
    1:00PM : 1 can tuna
3:00PM : 2 scoops Dynamitze Elite Whey Protein w/ 1 cup steel cut oats
    5:00PM : 14oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti w/ 1 lb ground beef & tomato paste
8:00PM : 2 scoops Dynamitze Elite Whey Protein w/ 1 cup steel cut oats

(Diet on workout day is similar except I eat brown rice with my tuna.)

Today I weighed myself and I found that I had dropped from 161 to 157 lbs. I can not understand what the problem is. Should I eat more still? If so, how? I go to school and it is very difficult to sneak in my current meal plan.

    Any ideas?
change your protein to cytogainer. that'll put on some srs pounds.

too lazy to read the entire thread but go to caisen on some meal especially you last meal

Also whats your heart rate, mine sits arount 110 and have the same trouble

if you are a jittery anxious person try to calm down, helps burn less calories

    use milk with shakes

Chromium picolate - more efficient nutrient usage, * theres probably some other supps that with this too

if you dont care about a little fat gain add a cheat meal either on off days or lunch before a leg workout - but try and stay away from excessive bad fats

every so often throw in a potato, sweet potato, hashbrowns

EFAs & BCAA are always good

replace 1 oats meal with vegetables

Dont but 2 tuna can meals after each other - giving the same macros & nutrients in a short period

throw in some non complex carbs -- I do some dextrose postworkout & a little at my bedtime meal

    Try a somewhat fatty steak

do 4 weeks of workouts with 1 min+ rest between set (keep down heart rate)

Dont cardio before workout just do some ballistic stretching

there are some thyroid supplements L-carnatine maybe

    Decrease endurance type exercises

    fish oil + glutamine + creatine +

Last case less meals but bigger spread farther apart
or wake up in the middle of the night & eat (arnold plug)

    add water

do 2x a week leg workouts

make sure to do deep stretching just after workout (fascia stretching)

No. Apparently he had a thyroid problem.

Edit: Oops. I read it again and he posted his TSH indicating that his thyroid was fine. I'm betting he was calculating his calories wrong.

Oh my god those meals must be a chore. Give it some time though. Also, try thinking out of the box if you need to increase your calories, literally, thinking "out of the box" - get boxes of taco bell, pizza, ice cream, etc. Thats what my ecto friends on football do lol and it works.
