Can you mix Creatine with Milk?

I was wondering if you could mix creatine in milk. I use milk in my protein shakes along with the creatine. Thanks.

do not mix it with milk. It will cause the creatine to somehow break down at a rapid rate, making it a highly strong explosive ...

seriously, mix it with whatever the hell you want. I like grape juice....

Milk is not high on the glycemic index. It would not be "bad" to mix it with milk, but it would not be as overly beneficial if you were to take it pre/during/post workout, with a whey protein , and maltodextrin/dextrose mixture.

you would get a more slowly absorbed creatine, not sure why you would want that.

A word of advice, only mix it with fat free milk. On top of that you should make sure you are getting some high glycemic carbs along with the shake that contains the creatine.

    Lactose

Does lactose have that much of a lower glycemic index than other sugars? Dextrose, Glucose, Fructose for example.

I just mixed my creatine with Lucozade and the **** has just dissolved - what is that all about? As long has it has no detrimnetal impact on the creatine I may do that again
