Talking home made peanut butter (also keto friendly)

forgive me if it's been posted before, I did search befroehand.

I've just tried to make my own peanut butter and it quite literally takes seconds!

    1. put some peanuts into a herb/coffee grinder.
    2. blend untill it's all powdery (30 seconds?)
    3. drizzle in some oil and blend again

I used estate olive oil, which has an over powering taste. Peanut or palm oil might be a better alternative.

the best thing is, you know exactly what's in it

Good post. If you have a food processor, this will work really well for big batches. I'd say just use peanut oil. But not palm oil! That stuff is like Frankenfat. horrible, horrible stuff. You can do the same thing with almonds and save tons of money as opposed to buying almond butter.
I'm not in this for the trophy; I'm in it for the hypertrophy.

I guess palm oil is no good on a low(er) fat diet but it's great on keto, and it's almost a staple in some cultures . typically you'd only add a little palm oil to cooking, anyway
