Whats up bro. I don't know everything, however, here is my experience. training and taking supps for over 15 years. I have competed several times in powerlifting competitions. I usually would change my weight classes to seee how I faired in different classes. I know about gaining weight/bulk so here it is. The product I used was Nlarge2 by Prolab, at least two shakes a day, everyday, even on off days from the gym. you should drink one of the shakes right before you go to bed. Keep eating your regular meals and good luck. Ps, I used Cytogainer in the past but I did not like it...Good Luck DaRooster
