I have no prayer of ever finding an experienced lifter to tell me how to do deadlifts, i have been training for about 5 years and am very well read on the subject. I consider myself experienced but not in the deadlift. Can someone who has not blown their knees out or broken their back doing this lift, please explain it in a step by step manner. This would be much appreciated.
P.S. I have looked at every site there is which illustrates it with some cheap animated GIF, so please dont just try and link me to a site.

There's also a short video to download of how you do the exercise. If you go to a gym, you go there to train, not to clown around! If you want to clown around, go join a circus!
