well, my instructions/favorite technique is to go to Ihop at about 4 or 5 the morning of prejudging and go at it. Such a relief mentally to be able to eat basically anything im craving only hours before I step on stage for prejuding.
Ill order a normal breakfast... Pancakes, eggs, bacon, home fries etc... Important thing is to not drink while you are doing this. You may only sip on water if you really feel like you absolutely need to.
Not saying this is the best for anyone, certainly my favorite approach after testing cleaner methods the morning of the show as well.... So its not just that i like to let go and eat whatever. (although its damn fun) So not only does it bring out the vascularity, I feel good mentally finally from finally eating something im craving. Therefore i am nice and energetic while posing on stage and can truely give it my all. Give a shot bro.... if ur in the right conition, you wont have to worry about spilling over.
