I just stared my bulking diet last week, and i was wondering if i should be any cardio what so ever, i wana gain as much muscle as possible. And right now im doing cardio 2 times per week to keep some fatt off, but should i drop the cardio alltogether to keep as much CAL. in my system as i can.

If you're gonna bulk, bulk for crying out loud!Expect to put on a little extra flab, that's why you cut,to get rid of the flab that you put on while bulking. In my opinion you are wasting valuable calories that can be used for muscle-repair.If you really wanna do cardio limit it to once a week and very lo intensity(i.e. brisk walk)for no longer than thirty minutes.

Well cardio helps you maintain your cardialvascular health which in my opinion is the best indicator of health. This health is the most important health. With a lower level of CV health, you're just like a fat person but with muscle and power. Trust me just eat more for the calories burnt.
Cardio should also be done 2-3 times a week in bulking.

If u eat clean you still need excercise...there not saying to do cardio to burn off crap you ate, but to do it to keep healthy, which is a good idea.."it would be wicked to be an animal, you would'nt even have to worry about making plans."

if ur in sports, i may suggest doing sprints if you want to keep your speed. I used to run a 4.65, but that baby slowed to a 4.79 while adding 9 lbs in the last month. My friend had a little faster than a 4.8, now its a 5 flat. But it's up to you. Sprints once a week should be adequate. But if your not in sports, don't even worry about cardio and disregard what i just said, just get huge.
