At the chinese restraunts around here they have fried rice, and really tender and juicky chicken, anyone have some really tastey low fat recipes, thanks!!!

if there is any food i could eat and eat and eat and still eat more, it is chinese food. i've been trying to create my own chinese food for some time now and some comes out pretty good. it is hard though to replicate the HFCS gooky glazed over chicken and whatnot. i have no set recipe, but the ingredients i like to use are:
tamari (soy sauce)
chinese vegetables (bean sprouts, water chestnuts, etc)
sugar snaps (vegetable)
if im not cutting or i don't care about the cals, i turn whole wheat pasta into lomein. chop up chicken, throw in veggies, and add some soy sauce and maybe throw in your own ideas.. it is obviouslly not even close to the same, but if you make it good enough you'll feel like you ate chinese food.
