Quick summer cut
Hey guys, saturday night and im sitting home bored. So i decided to post a few pictures.
I began my cutting phase last week, i'll go until my abs are clearly visible. Yet, I think they are still underdeveloped, not too sure. Just going to drop some bf and see where it leads me.
For cardio, I am just doing Low intensity (walking at 3.5mph's) about 4 times a week. I cut down on carbs, while increasing my protein a little bit.
I'll keep posting pics each week to show my progress.
