Notes
Decent workout. These exercises show my weakness so it seems. I'm never good at benching and hesitant on going heavy, but 175 felt pretty good. I'll try 180 next week.
I seem to be the opposite w/ everyone else on declines. I find these much harder then flat/inclines (w/ dbs at least). Probobly due to the increased ROM.
I don't understand pulldowns. I can do 180x10x2 on chins (bw+10), yet I'm only doing ~130 on the machine
DB rows were nice but always exhausing. It'll be a while till I catch up to rick on these..... 100's next week.
I planned on supersetting arms, but opted not. I stopped at 75x3 on ez-bar curls after the first set of skulls and knew it was futile to train biceps today.
Tommorrow's lower w/ front squats, lunges and some machine work.... shouldn't be too bad, but expect some low #'s on front squats

Yeah, I love DB rows, but they are so damn tiring.
I dont get how you can OVerhead DB extend 70's X 10 but only skull crush 85lbs...
I cant do DB ext with 70's and I can skull crush at least 100lbs X 12"If the data is overwhelmingly in favor of evolution, to deny that reality will make us a cult -- some odd group that is not really interacting with the world"- Evangelical Bible scholar Bruce Waltke

Notes
Low volume workout, which my body needed. I'm much stronger on front squats then before, but still slow getting out of the hole. Wrist flexiblity isn't there once again. Didn't hit failure (but was close), so 165-170 next week.
DB Lunges were okay. Hamstrings are still tight/sore due to sprinting on Wednesday so didn't push myself on these or curls.
Only leg exercise I hit failure on was the last set of leg press. Stupid machine if lil' ol' me can do the stack 20 times. I should of done the plate loaded one instead, but was too lazy to lift all those 45s onto it.You didn't hurt me

yeah, i've heard the same thing about neck, arm and calf size. I'm just now getting my arms to be about the same size as my calves and my neck is a good bit smaller than both, I think.
that's why I don't do DC calf training...b/c I don't need my calves any bigger.$157 billion creates 650,000 jobs = $240,000 cost to create or save 1 job
