I took this creatine yesterday before I took my 7 hour sleep
http://www.ndsnutrition.com/comersus...p?idProduct=27
The next morning my pain all over my body was gone and I felt better than most days. But today was a weird day at school, I almost got into a fight and I just make big deals out of everything. I have a history of anger problems but today I was more hyper and angry than any other day. And after I almost got into a fight (the chicken pussy'd out) I couldn't keep my mind off what happened. It was weird like everything was moving so fast and ****. I couldn't get it off my mind and I couldn't even socialize with people correctly. I make bigger deals later but this is just an example of what happened today. Can creatine do this to you?
I'd hesitate to say that I just had a load of stress on me and today I felt like just unloading it on everyone but I don't think that's it.

To the best of my knowledge there is no correlation between creatine and mood, but others may know differently.

Not that I know of...
Creatine might make you thirsty as it will pull water from your small intestine into your muscles but not angry. I take approximatly 5 gm a day and I've been doing that for around half a year now. I've never had any change of mood during these six months.

Sounds like it was all a mental thing.
Not to call you dumb or naive, but it seems to me you mixed up the side effects of PH and steroids with creatine.
Creatine doesn't make you angry, just thirsty like the poster said above.

If you waste money buying creatine from GNC, then you find that you can buy it online for $1,000,000 cheaper, than yes, it can make you angry. But other than that, creatine is non-hormonal.

Honestly, it sounds like it's all mental. Keep in mind why you're taking creatine - to better yourself. Avoid fights like that, it's not worth your time.

...
I did think at one point that it's creatine that gave me uncontrollable anger, but it turns out that it's just the increased testosterone levels that has resulted from lifting weights. Specially after my workout, 2 weeks ago I tried to open a tight tupperware where my protein powder was in but my arm were so damn tired i couldn't control it so the powder went everywhere in the changing rooms. However, because i just finished my work out where I still feel "pumped", i ended up smashing that tupperware due to frustration.

There is no correlation.

I absolutly agree with this statement, I get snappy and just overall ina sh**ty mood when I take any type of creatine, I'm a snappy guy to begin with and have a short fuse but I find when I'm taking creatine I'm constantly in road incidents, I'm a dick in general. The pump is great but not worth it...to me , hope this helps anyone out there. Most people and researchers will tell you it has no side effects that BS heres two guys right here that show real side effects. By the way I've taken creatine on and off since I was 20 I'm 37 now so deffinatly speak from experience.

I read that creatine can increase testosterone by up to 50%, just google that ****. For the record, creatine makes me more pumped, angry, cocky, mad what ever you want to call it.

Longer and more thoughtful reply: Not that I have ever noticed in my own experience with creatine
