I maxed out last month at 185. I havent maxed since, but could get atleast 190 now(maybe even 200). yesterday i just started creatine. saying i had a pretty good diet and over 8 hours of sleep when will i be able to max 225? i know this seems like a hard to answer question, but i wana set a goal. will i not really hit a plateau since i just started creatine?

Creatine is not a miracle supp... Creatine won't make your bench jump up by 35-45 pounds, it will be your diet/sleep patterns and determination. Whenever I reach a plataeu I just switch up my workout and throw in some new stuff.... maybe take a week off. Make sure your working your triceps really good during the week as well.

Eat some pasta before you go to sleep and then when you wake up grab a protein shake and a baked potatoe...wait about 45-60 min and go jump on the bench. If we're talking about actually maxing out, I bet it could be done within a month and a half depending on how serious you take it. Just make it priority.

lot of you sayin a month?
so 2 months of training to go from 185 to 225? dont think so. unless you seriously focus on benching maybe. somethin like smolov squat cycle for squatting,,, u get the concept.RIP Wesley aka Iron Addict
