    Carb up Meal plans

    Just wondering if you guys could put up a little list of what you guys tend to eat during your carb-up and when...

    the reason I ask is because I tend to eat a lot of 'bran flake' cereal with skimmed milk on the saturday, didn't know whether this was a good or bad thing! And i just wanted ideas of stuff to make
