    cutting for endomorphs and endo/meso's

    Hey guys, now i dunno about the rest of you but theres plenty of ectomorph threads and thats perfectly understandable, because mojority of teens are ectos so great for you guys. However for all the endo's endo/meos we have on this board, we know how easy we can pack on the mass. However come cutting time we also know how hard it can get. So if all you endos, endo/meso's can through in some feedback about how you eat/train/cardio schedules for cutting I think there would be alot of people who would benefit from it, i know i would you can never know enough. I'm kinda pressed for time at the moment but later on in the post ill post info too.

    I try to have fairly high protien, low carbs(not significantly low) , and some fats, I try to stay active throughout the day(just to burn off any remaining carbs) and I do cardio in the mornings on empty stomachas often as I can, so far I've lost 5-10 pounds since March 17.
