i was wondering what would be a good pre-workout meal for going to the gym when you wake up in the morning?
I usually have no problem because i workout in the afternoon and have cottage cheese and oatmeal but, If you have been sleeping for 8 hours you are in a catabolic state and would need a good meal to get you going and absorb fairly slow to last the whole workout
Any help would be appreciated
