    early morning pre workout meal?

    i was wondering what would be a good pre-workout meal for going to the gym when you wake up in the morning?

    I usually have no problem because i workout in the afternoon and have cottage cheese and oatmeal but, If you have been sleeping for 8 hours you are in a catabolic state and would need a good meal to get you going and absorb fairly slow to last the whole workout

    Any help would be appreciated
    (Funniest post ever )- Arnold was more bodybuilder preferably my, since I the first time saw its physics. I am said into capably such a spectacular physics to acquire, must use itself anabol for at least 8 weeks in preparation on a ceremony

    A good pre workout meal should be eaten 2-3 hours before the actual workout..here's what i would recommend

    Pre Workout Meal (2-3 hours b4 workout)
    8 oz Chicken, turkey breast or tuna 240 calories
    1 cup brown rice 180 calories
    Totals for meal: Carbs: 45g Protein: 48g Fats: 5g

    if you do anaerobic you can eat 1hour before a protein bar (i go for worldwide or met-rx protein plus, gives me the energy i need)
    if you do aerobic simply do it on empty stomach and take a shake after you done.
