After working out, I'm rarely hungry. This presents a challenge since I need to leave enough time before and now after each workout to eat. In some cases, I feel nauseous after working out. Weightlifting seems to be doing a number on my appetite, if not digestive system. Does anyone else experience this? Is there any way I can avoid this?
if your feeling sick after working out, try leaving MORE time between the time you eat and the time you workout......eating before working out causes nausea sometimes/for some people, and with certain foods also
