Hey, my buddy says his bottle of body fortress high performance creatine directs the user to consume it within 10 minutes after mixing, personally i've never heard of such a thing except possibly consuming it within 10 minutes after your workout. Just curious on how important it is to consume within 10 minutes of mixing the drink and if it would be possible to maybe drink it after that period. Thanks

Because creatine is not exactly the most stable supplement once you mix it in a liquid. So drinking within 10 minutes of mixing sounds about right.

then how come Gaspari Size On recommends consuming it throughout your workout which could possibly last hours? i just thought the idea sounded ridiculous

If it's mono.... you can sip it all day without any significant creatinine conversion.
CEE.... has to be consumed immediately after mixing.

Ive heard similar things with CEE I heard its is the most potent with the first 30mins. I dont know the science behind but maybe its starts breaking down or something
