does anyone know a way to decrease bloating, because it seems whenever i eat, i get bloated and i drink a lot of water?

It could be from a food intolerance I have a problem with bloating and it's due partly to food intolerances. You should keep a food diary for a few weeks and see if you can pinpoint what might be causing it. Also with food intolerances you sometimes don't have any problems with the food until hours or even days later.

Unless you're eating something particular that is causing it, bloating may just be a way of life if you're trying to eat enough to build musckle.
The satiety effect of eating clean while trying to cut has a more profound effect while trying to bulk...almost to the point of making eating arduous.
(btw, I'm just assuming you're trying to bulk here).No supplement has the power that is greater than the power of eatin' clean and liftin' hard.

Please do! You could be bloating for any of the reasons above when it comes to food intolerances say wheat, gluten or yeast they are in so many foods and can cause discomfort for awhile so if your constantly eating foods that contain them you will always get bloated because your system doesn't get a chance to recover from it. Also I agree that it could be soluble fiber that can cause the bloating also. It can be difficult to figure out what causes the bloating sometimes. You just have to try different things to see what helps or makes the bloating worse.

ok
morning around 630
1 cup of oats
some egg whites
lunch, usually 11-12 since at school you CAN NOT eat no matter what or else youre fined big time
about two sandwiches with turkey and mustard and some carrots
later on
protein shake with bananas, straw and blue berries with some oats, half to a whole cup
dinner some chicken with vegetables and sometime cottage cheese and some turkey
