    bloating?

    does anyone know a way to decrease bloating, because it seems whenever i eat, i get bloated and i drink a lot of water?

    It could be from a food intolerance I have a problem with bloating and it's due partly to food intolerances. You should keep a food diary for a few weeks and see if you can pinpoint what might be causing it. Also with food intolerances you sometimes don't have any problems with the food until hours or even days later.

    ill try that, but it seems i get bloated after every meal regardless of food?

    Unless you're eating something particular that is causing it, bloating may just be a way of life if you're trying to eat enough to build musckle.

    The satiety effect of eating clean while trying to cut has a more profound effect while trying to bulk...almost to the point of making eating arduous.

    (btw, I'm just assuming you're trying to bulk here).
    No supplement has the power that is greater than the power of eatin' clean and liftin' hard.

    yea i am trying to bulk, damn your good haha, but i have another problem, im around 128 pounds, and i have been on about 2100 calories a day, and i do swimming 90 minutes 4 times a week on a team and work out, and it seems im gaining fat, how is this possible, its very annoying

    If you eat a lot of foods high in soluble (oats, nuts, flax, broccoli, apples, etc), this can cause bloating. Soluble fiber slows gastric emptying and tend to feel more "bulky" in your stomach, and it's also fermented in your stomach, which of course generates gas, leading to even more of a bloat.

    Please do! You could be bloating for any of the reasons above when it comes to food intolerances say wheat, gluten or yeast they are in so many foods and can cause discomfort for awhile so if your constantly eating foods that contain them you will always get bloated because your system doesn't get a chance to recover from it. Also I agree that it could be soluble fiber that can cause the bloating also. It can be difficult to figure out what causes the bloating sometimes. You just have to try different things to see what helps or makes the bloating worse.

    morning around 630
    1 cup of oats
    some egg whites

    lunch, usually 11-12 since at school you CAN NOT eat no matter what or else youre fined big time

    about two sandwiches with turkey and mustard and some carrots

    later on
    protein shake with bananas, straw and blue berries with some oats, half to a whole cup

    dinner some chicken with vegetables and sometime cottage cheese and some turkey

    if you take in too much whey from a protein shake that may cause bloating too.

    your school fines you for eating at any other time than 11 - 12? thats bull****. i'd cause a ruckus over that.

    Hmmm..... your diet seems to be fine, but like was mentioned you may be intolerant to one of those foods (I feel sorry for you if it's the oats lol). I'd say experiment removing/adding different foods for a while and see if it helps.

    Define what you mean by "bloated". Are you sure you don't just have fat to lose? Are you sure you aren't just noticing your stomach expand because..... you just put food in it??
