I need some help spicing up my night time snacks..
i usually have a protein shake or cottage cheese with berries. i need to have a high protein and highly fiberous carb. any ideas?

Oatcakes? They do spiced berry or ginger ones too - I like them with cocoa (not exactly clean but sometimes...)

what if you made some turkey wraps with veggies inside? like, take a slice of turkey, maybe spread some hummus on it, and roll up some peppers or whatever inside
