    Torn a Muscle?

    i have a question! i was just wondering

    how would one know if he/she tore a muscle

    depends, but esp. with a lage muscle such as the pecs, and I imagine for most, especially surface musles, the area will bruise badly

    bruising, but that's not always the case/visible.

    absolute way would be lots of pain and strength loss

    for example, when i tore my forearm, i went from being able to curl 60s to being able to curl 5pders. anymore than 5pds and it was impossible and i was in sooo much pain. heck, i couldn't even turn a doornob initially

    oh ok thx

    i asked because i just did my first max ot seesion for my triceps

    and the next morning my arms were hurting really bad

    i'll wait it out! hopefully the pain will subside

    there's a difference between being sore and a muscle tear....a big, big difference
