First time using it:
Total: 1691
Fat: 53 474 27%
Sat: 16 142 8%
Poly: 16 142 8%
Mono: 12 112 6%
Carbs: 137 473 27%
Fiber: 19 0 0%
Protein: 174 697 40%
Alcohol: 15 106 6%
So far I really like Fitday. I had some mayo and caesar dressing that upped my fat totals. Also I had just an apple for a snack at 10:00AM. I think if I add a good protein source to my morning snack I'll be ok. I think I need to up my calories as well.
I'm presently 6-0 220 lbs and going for fat loss MAX-OT style with 3 days of cardio.

mayo + dressing = some of the worst fats you can have ... get rid of them, you're cutting man! after not having them for a while you'll realize they don't even taste that good

anyone ever used the non-free fitday software that they have available? I'd like to get a hold of this software sometime for my laptop or pda so i wouldn't have to find an internet source all the time. I've also heard that the software version will track sugars and such, which I would really like. It's not a huge deal though as I usually can find a pc at school and eat mostly natural foods, but still..
