You will get a lot of different answers to your question.
In my opinion, it's a ketogenic diet, a TKD in particular with a carb-up every 2 weeks.
For the training, it's HST to limit muscle loss.
And for the cardio, it's a combination of high intensity cardio with lots of walking to burn fat and keep metabolism high.
