Ok- Read everything.. still questions!!
Ladies-
I want to start taking creatine and have read countless threads this morning... but I still have questions!!
Do you like Green MAG or XCEED?
Why do you take a different Creatine on training days vs. nontraining days? Is it possible to take the same? As far as creatine goes, do you consider "training days" weight training days AND cardio days?
I'm a fitness instructor, so I end up doing cardio almost 7 days a week... but I only lift heavy 4 days/week.
Considering I already drink 1.5 gallons of water a day.. when taking creatine should a take an EXTRA gallon a day?
