Hey guys, right now i'm on my cutting phase and I workout 3 days on 3 off...etc. My workout time is 3:00 PM daily and I was just wondering at what time should I be doing my 20min HIIT. If I workout I have to take my whey shake 5-10 mins after and doing cardio right after my workout would mess that up.
Do 20 mins of light cardio to warmup before your workout. That is what I do and its worked. I hate doing cardio after my workout since i just wanna leave the gym already.
