There are many different types of sugar. It is not the same as fructose, like your mother buys at the grocery store if that's what you are asking.

I put around 40g in my Post workout shake with water, which has around 35g of whey protein.

you can buy it from www. supplement direct .com and www.******** . net (these can't be removed by mods right? since bb.com doesn't sell these, so their is no competition?)
just remove the spaces. i think BB.com should start selling some.
