AST Micronized Creatine!
Hey guys,
I decided to purchase a simple and cheap creatine monhydrate to use on "off days" when I get my Controlled Labs stack, and since I was told to try creatine monohydrate after a couple of months on CEE, I decided I'd try just a simple monohydrate.
Just wondering if anyone has used this creatine before and even though I've been using a CEE for the past 3 months and have taken 2-3 weeks off creatine will I still need to go through the loading phase?
cheers in advance!

You won't need the loading phase as your creatine levels are already high.
Mono is good for off days.
Are you using Green BULGE or Green MAG in your CL stack?

Monohydrate would be good on off days then. Personally, I think GREEN MAG has enough servings to use everyday (80+), it's a very economical choice for a creatine. But if you already have the monohydrate then using it on off days would be a good idea.
